Presentations:
Day of the Dead: (El día de los muertos)
*We explored the culture of Mexico and compared it to our own culture through the holiday of Halloween. Reference my Prezi to learn more about the Day of the Dead.
Comida:
*We learned about the different foods from Ecuador and Spain, and why these countries have certain foods. For example, why do they eat guinea pig in Ecuador, and why is milk not refrigerated in Spain? Reference my Prezi to see all of my food pictures from abroad! Students then created menus based on Ecuadorian and Spanish food.
Preguntas:
*8th grade Track 1 shows us how to form a question in Spanish! View this presentation anytime you need a refresher of the grammar!
Adjetivos:
*7th grade Track 1 and 2 act out Spanish adjectives. For practice, go through the pictures and list a Spanish vocab word based on what you think is being acted out. Then at the end, you can go to the notes section of each picture to check yourself and see if you got your adjectives correct!
*7th grade Track 3 wanted to compete with their own adjective pics! Check out theirs here and try and guess which Spanish Adjective they are acting out.
